This device is a substrate transfer device for connecting process equipment to process equipment in a solar cell production line. The device adopts Siemens 1200 control system and servo motor+ultra quiet spiral gear as transmission power, with precision stainless steel shaft+UPE roller mode for conveying without leaving any traces, and uses reflective photoelectric sensors to identify the transmission substrate. This conveyor is equipped with center positioning and clockwise or counterclockwise rotation, with fast rotation speed and no noise.
