This device is a substrate transfer device for connecting process equipment to process equipment in a solar cell production line. The device adopts Siemens 1200 control system and servo motor+ultra quiet spiral gear as transmission power, with precision stainless steel shaft+UPE roller mode for conveying without leaving any traces, and uses reflective photoelectric sensors to identify the transmission substrate. The conveyor adopts a servo motor for flipping, with a reasonable spatial structure that can fully reach 90 °.
