This device is mainly used for automatic detection and sorting of battery cell EL, realizing the testing and sorting functions of hidden cracks, broken grids, and other defects of battery cells. It adopts a stacked (offline) feeding method to test EL defects of battery cells. The feeding unit receives the battery cells into the corresponding material box based on the test results, which are manually removed. The detection module can also be installed separately on other devices according to customer needs for online detection.
