Thin film solar cell equipment is mainly divided into two parts according to the process: the front section and the back section. The first stage of the process is the manufacturing process of the battery substrate, including marking, cleaning, sputtering, engraving, aging, testing and other process equipment. The later stage of the process is the battery module packaging process, including lamination, junction box assembly, soldering, gluing, curing, labeling and other process equipment. In order to connect these process equipment into a fully automated production line, transmission machines such as horizontal transmission, vertical transmission, corner transmission, bidirectional transmission, first in, last out stack, and first in, first out stack cache are required.
